It's back! Round 2 of my RESOLUTION REVIVAL kicks of Monday March 6th! don't get left behind! The ultimate guide to keep you on track towards your fitness goals in 2017! After the January hype is over, and the months roll by, often times we find ourselves slipping away from the New Year’s goals we set for ourselves. Well not this year! I’m a big believer in monthly, weekly, and even daily goals. I’m calling this program Brit’s Resolution Revival because thats exactly what we’re going to do. We’re going to put a little extra fuel in our tanks to stay on track to achieve our 2017 goals. Lets keep the new years momentum going throughout the whole year!
