I've designed this 30 day challenge to get us back on track towards healthy habits this Fall! I hope you'll join me :) You can start the 30 day challenge whenever you want, or join us at the 1st of each month!

Summer is full of party’s, vacations, holidays, snowcones and icecream (just to name a few of my favorites). It can be a hard time to start a new health routine, or to stick to an exercise schedule. This is why I think Fall is the perfect time to get back on track! School is starting, pools are closing, beautiful crisp fall air, and you get to start wearing skinny jeans! Extra motivation ;)

This 30 day challenge is designed to motivate you and push you long enough that these healthy habits will stick. Research has shown that if you do something for 30 days straight, it will become a habit. What do you say we try it out!

This will be a complete guide, focusing on Nutrition, Exercise, and Proper recovery. If this trifecta is out of balance, results will be effected. I will be here to support you along the way and you will be geared up with daily healthy recipes, meal prep guides, and daily workouts. And don't forget the giveaways to award your participation and hard work!
